At AUX Coffee, we aim to get every order out fast — because great coffee shouldn’t have to wait.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume drops or restocks, dispatch may take up to 3–5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently ship Australia-wide, with international shipping coming soon.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@auxiliary.coffee with your order number.
We’ll liaise with our courier partners to help locate your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your address before confirming checkout. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed, and we’re not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we’ll sort it quickly.
