Grown by Arturo Arango at El Paraiso, this coffee reflects care in every stage. Each cherry was hand-picked at peak ripeness, sorted by hand, and sun-dried on raised beds under controlled conditions to achieve perfect balance and moisture.

This microlot is 100% Caturra, a natural mutation of Red Bourbon first discovered in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Known for its balanced cup and resilience, Caturra produces higher yields while preserving the sweetness and structure that define its Bourbon roots.
