The Drop
Parallex is where coffee and perception intersect. Inspired by the visual shift that happens when you view something from a different position, this drop celebrates movement — in flavour, in structure, and in thought.
Every element of Parallex was built to draw you closer: the clarity of the roast, the texture of the cup, the smooth rhythm that unfolds with every sip. It’s coffee engineered for those who notice the details.
The Origin
Parallex was grown by Arturo Arango at El Paraíso, Colombia — a farm known for innovation, precision, and flavour control. The cherries were hand-picked at peak ripeness, sorted by hand, and dried slowly on raised beds until the perfect balance was achieved.
This meticulous approach delivers a cup that moves between tropical brightness and chocolate depth — a seamless rhythm from start to finish.

Behind the Name
In photography and astronomy, parallax (and now Parallex) describes the shift in perception that happens when you change your point of view. That idea runs through the heart of AUX: every coffee, every design, every playlist changes depending on how you approach it.
Parallex is the reminder that perspective shapes everything — and in coffee, small shifts create the biggest impact.
