The Drop
Nebula is Auxiliary’s slow-burn classic — a drop designed for calm focus and steady clarity. Where Quasar is energy, Nebula is atmosphere. It’s the kind of coffee that builds mood rather than volume, with each note emerging and fading like light through dust.
This drop was built for those quiet creative moments — the edit, the sketch, the morning before everything starts. Smooth, deep, and balanced, it’s a cup that plays on loop without ever losing its magic.
The Origin
Nebula was grown at Finca Campo Hermoso, under the careful eye of Edwin Noreña, the third-generation producer known for his experimental yet precise approach to coffee. Each stage of production — from selective picking to anaerobic fermentation — is treated like mastering a track: balanced, layered, and made for repeat play.
The result is a flavour that’s rich but restrained; indulgent, yet in perfect time.
Mixdown
Linear Notes: stone fruit, caramel, vanilla
Artist: Edwin Noreña
Label: Finca Campo Hermoso
Track: Castillo
Mastering: Natural anaerobic fermentation
Output: 10 small – 6 large cups
Nebula moves like a deep ambient track — soft on entry, full in body, and endlessly textured. Every note dissolves into the next, building warmth and weight as it lingers.
Behind the Name
A nebula is a cloud of dust and gas — the birthplace of stars. For Auxiliary, Nebula represents that creative space before clarity, the swirl of colour and possibility that precedes something new.
It’s a reminder that creativity, like coffee, thrives in the process — in the slow build, the soft fade, and the moments in between.
